CRM
Connecting your phone and SMS
Options for calling and texting — BrokerFold-issued number, your existing number, or both.
Every plan includes click-to-call and two-way SMS. You have two options for the underlying number.
Option 1 — BrokerFold-issued number
We provision a local number from the area code you pick. Calls and SMS route through the CRM, recordings and transcripts attach to each contact automatically. Best for new lead-gen numbers you'd rather not expose your personal line to.
Option 2 — port your existing number
Keep the number on your business card. We handle the port-in with your current carrier (usually 5–10 business days). Once ported, BrokerFold becomes the routing layer; you can also forward to a backup number.
Caller ID
BrokerFold-issued numbers display your name in Caller ID Name (CNAM) lookups once registered — usually 24–72 hours after provisioning.
