Getting email to land in the inbox
DKIM, SPF, DMARC — what we set up for you, and what you need to configure on your side.
Lead follow-up emails that go to spam don't convert. We handle the authentication plumbing so your messages reach the inbox.
What we set up automatically
- DKIM signing on every outbound message
- SPF record guidance for your sending domain
- DMARC policy set to p=quarantine initially, with room to move to p=reject once we've observed a clean month
What you need to do
Add three DNS records at your domain registrar — TXT records for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. We provide the exact values during setup. Most registrars accept them within 15 minutes and the first authenticated send happens the same day.
