Most real estate platforms are American SaaS products that grudgingly accept Canadian dollars. BrokerFold is the opposite — built from the MLS up for how Canadian realtors actually work, by a small team that sweats the details you feel but can't quite name.
Why we built this
The tools realtors use should feel as good as the homes they sell.
For the last five years, the most successful Canadian realtors have stitched their business together with a WordPress site from 2014, an IDX plugin billed separately, a CRM in a different tab, an AI tool from Reddit, and a spreadsheet to reconcile the whole thing at the end of the month.
We watched this up close while building SearchPod, a listing search product for realtors in the Greater Toronto Area. We kept hearing the same frustration: "your site is great, but everything else in my stack is a mess."
So we built the rest. BrokerFold is the workspace we always wanted agents to have — websites, CRM, and AI, designed together, billed once, and made in Canada for the boards Canadian realtors actually work on.

We'd rather ship three things that work together than twelve things that work alongside each other. Every feature earns its place by talking to the rest of the product.
Taste is a deliverable
Your website is the first handshake with a client. We refuse to ship a product that looks like it was built in 2013 — because the one that did is still what most vendors are selling.
No lock-in, ever
Your data is yours. Export it anytime — contacts, listings, content, the works. We earn the subscription each month. Walls built around your data are a failure of trust, not a business model.
