What's next — out loud.

Most SaaS roadmaps are marketing. Ours is intentionally specific so customers can hold us accountable. Priorities do shift — we'll flag it here and explain why.

  • Signup + onboarding flow

    Full self-serve from /start-free → Supabase auth → tenant creation → subdomain claim → template picker → Stripe checkout → seeded MLS feed.

  • Stripe billing

    All five plans wired up — $59/$99/$149 agent tiers, $299 team, custom brokerage. Checkout, trial, upgrade/downgrade, invoicing, dunning, and customer portal.

  • Dashboard app (app.brokerfold.com)

    Split the authenticated dashboard out of apps/tenant into its own app. Overview, site editor, contacts, pipeline, automations, billing, team.

  • Geocoding coverage

    Migrating ~110K sentinel rows (lat=-1 from failed NRCan lookups) to a paid provider. Target: >99% rooftop accuracy across the index.

  • Per-tenant template selection in the dashboard

    All four templates are live at their demo subdomains; the dashboard switcher that lets agents pick + preview their template is the next step.

  • Inner-page template parity (listings, detail, about)

    Rosewood, Meridian, and Harbor home pages are live. The deep pages still use the Atlas chrome — extending each template across listings index, listing detail, about, and contact is in flight.

  • AI lead response (text) — general availability

    Already in internal preview. Responds to inbound leads in under 60 seconds, qualifies, books showings, hands off to the agent when the lead wants a human.

  • Blog + academy content

    TRREB data-quality deep-dive (our first blog post) and the opening AI-follow-up-for-realtors course. Both wired to the Payload CMS.

  • CRM migration utilities

    One-click import from Follow Up Boss, KVCore, LionDesk, BoomTown. Preserves pipeline stages, tags, notes, and deal history.

  • Sentry + analytics

    Error tracking across all four apps, PostHog for product analytics driven by the EVENT_NAMES taxonomy in packages/analytics.

On the horizon. Specific but not scheduled. Priorities may shift.

  • AI voice follow-up

    Outbound + inbound natural voice conversations for leads who won't reply to text. Transcribed, summarized, and handed off when the lead is ready for a human.

  • Automated market reports

    Monthly market reports for every saved search, farmed area, and neighbourhood — sent from the agent, branded like the agent, reviewed before send.

  • SOC 2 Type I

    Controls being implemented in 2026. Target a Type I audit late 2026. Type II to follow with a year of evidence.

  • SSO + white-label (Brokerage tier)

    SAML/OIDC, brokerage-wide reporting rollups, custom domain for the admin panel, and optional white-label branding on the whole platform.

  • Public API + webhooks

    Full REST API (already powering the product internally) opened to Team+ customers, with webhooks for lead creation, contact changes, and pipeline events.
