Common questions
Do I need to be on a paid BrokerFold plan to buy a design package?
Yes. The package builds on top of your hosted BrokerFold site, MLS feed, and CRM — those come with the monthly subscription. The design package handles the look on the surface.
Can I upgrade from Refined to Bespoke later?
Yes. The price difference applies, and we keep the work we did in Refined as a starting point — nothing is thrown away.
What about photography?
Photography is licensed from authenticated Getty Images / iStock as part of Bespoke and Heritage. We do not use free stock libraries (Unsplash, Pexels, etc.) — quality and licensing aren't trustworthy enough for a real estate brand.
Who owns the design when it's done?
You do. Custom assets — logo files, brand guide, layout decisions — are delivered to you and are yours to keep regardless of whether you stay on BrokerFold.
What if I cancel my BrokerFold plan?
The custom design comes off your hosted site since the site itself is part of the subscription, but the brand assets we delivered are yours. If you come back later, we'll re-apply the design at no charge.
