Recording your voice sample
The 300-word sample that lets BrokerFold's AI write in your tone without drifting.
During setup we ask for a 300-word sample of your writing. This is the single most important step in getting AI responses that don't sound like a chatbot.
What to submit
- A handful of real emails you've sent to leads — remove the PII, keep the voice
- A paragraph from a blog post or listing description you wrote
- A two-paragraph bio in your own words
What to avoid
- Form-letter templates downloaded from other platforms
- AI-generated placeholder content
- Text that reads like a marketing page rather than a human
How to update it
You can edit the voice sample any time from Settings → AI → Voice. Changes take effect on the next outbound message; no retraining required.
