A plain-English version of what our AI providers can and can't do with your data.
There's a lot of FUD around AI and data. Here's what's actually true about BrokerFold.
- No model provider we use trains on your content — it's a contract, not a setting
- Your leads' messages, your listings, and your notes are never shared across tenants
- We never sell or share data with third parties for any purpose
- You can delete any lead's history, including every AI interaction with them, from the CRM
- You can export every message the AI has sent on your behalf as a CSV for audit
