Reviewing an ad-spend dashboard — the paid-lead machinery both platforms are built around

CINC and Ylopo are two of the biggest names in US paid-lead machinery, and they get cross-shopped constantly because the surface looks identical: managed Google and social ads, an IDX search site to land the clicks, and AI follow-up to work the registrations. The difference is architectural. CINC wants to be your entire stack — its CRM is the product’s centre of gravity. Ylopo deliberately is not a CRM at all; it bolts a lead-generation and AI layer onto whichever CRM your team already runs. Neither publishes base pricing, so this page maps structure, not sticker prices.

What CINC offers

An all-in-one, sold by seat count. The platform bundles managed advertising on Google and Facebook — CINC says it manages tens of millions in annual ad spend for clients — with IDX websites, a CRM carrying behavioural messaging, drip campaigns and task workflows it calls AutoTracks, texting and video messaging, and mobile apps. Two add-ons carry public prices: CINC AI, the 24/7 text-conversation assistant, from $200/mo, and a three-line dialer at $75/mo. The four tiers scale from Solo through Ramp (up to 4 users) and Pro (up to 49) to Select (50+), each behind a request-pricing button. The company claims more than 50,000 agents on the platform. The pitch is single-vendor accountability: one system owns the ad dollar, the website, and the pipeline.

What Ylopo offers

The layer on top. Ylopo runs buyer and seller acquisition across social, Google PPC, and Local Services Ads, lands traffic on a branded IDX search site with dynamic listing alerts, and remarkets with dynamic ads on Facebook and Instagram. Its best-known features are the AI pair: AI Text, which answers and works leads conversationally, and AI Voice, which calls to qualify and warm-transfers live prospects to an agent. Reporting runs through a dashboard it calls Mission Control. Critically, Ylopo integrates with the CRM you already have rather than replacing it — the design assumes your database lives elsewhere. Pricing is consultation-only, assembled from lead type, number of agents, and market, across three tiers (Solo, Growing Team, Complete).

How to choose between them

The CRM question decides most of it. If your team already lives in a CRM it likes, ripping that out is the most expensive line item in any migration — Ylopo’s rides-on-top model exists precisely for that buyer, and the switching cost of trying it is low because your database never moves. If you have no working CRM and want one throat to choke for the site, the ads, and the pipeline, CINC’s consolidation is the point. The second axis is budget honesty: both are advertising machines, which means the subscription is the smaller half of the real cost and the ad budget is the fuel. Model the full monthly number — platform fee plus spend — before either demo; our Google Ads budget calculator is built for exactly that arithmetic.

The Canadian caveat, and where BrokerFold fits

Both platforms are built and sold for the US market, and neither’s public materials answer the questions a Canadian team has to ask first: a live agreement with your specific board, VOW capability for sold-data display, CAD pricing, and CASL-aware follow-up. Run the four-question test in do US real estate platforms work in Canada on either vendor before budgeting a dollar — and on us. BrokerFold is the same shape built for this market: a board-fed search site (TRREB live in production), VOW sold data behind a compliant gate, the CRM inside the platform, published CAD pricing from $89 to $999 monthly, and Google Ads management priced as 10% of budget with a $350/mo floor rather than an opaque bundle. How we score the whole CRM field, these two included by category, is on best CRM in Canada; what buying leads actually costs in this country is on buy real estate leads Canada.

Frequently asked questions

Do CINC or Ylopo publish their prices?

Not the base subscriptions. CINC's pricing page lists four tiers by seat count — Solo, Ramp, Pro, Select — behind request-pricing buttons, showing only two add-ons publicly: CINC AI from $200/mo and a three-line dialer at $75/mo. Ylopo prices by consultation, built from your lead type, agent count, and market. For both, get the full quote including required ad spend in writing before comparing.

Does Ylopo replace my CRM?

No — that is its defining design choice. Ylopo describes itself as working alongside the CRM you already run, feeding it leads, ad activity, and AI conversations rather than replacing it. CINC takes the opposite position: its own CRM is the centre of the product.

Can Canadian agents use CINC or Ylopo?

Their public materials do not answer the Canadian questions — which boards they hold live feed agreements with, whether they can run a VOW, and whether the follow-up tooling is CASL-aware. Ask all three in writing before budgeting; a US MLS integration list, however long, says nothing about your board.
