Cancelling your account

How to cancel, what happens to your data, and how long we hold it before deletion.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. No retention calls, no 'win-back' offers, no three-click dark patterns.

What happens next

  1. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period
  2. Your site transitions to a read-only state at the end of the period
  3. We hold your data in read-only for 90 days after cancellation
  4. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted unless you've re-activated or exported

Exporting before you go

Every piece of content you own — contacts, listings, blog posts, message history, calendar events — can be exported as CSV or JSON from Settings → Export. You don't need us to run the export; you don't need to wait for a ticket.
