Your website
How your listings get rendered
Where listing data comes from, how often it updates, and what you can customize per listing.
Listings are pulled from your connected MLS board(s) and rendered through your active template. The data flow is identical across Atlas, Rosewood, Meridian, and Harbor — only the visual layer differs.
Refresh cadence
We pull from the MLS on a 15-minute incremental cycle. A listing status change — new, price drop, sold — usually appears on your site inside 15 minutes.
Per-listing customization
- Override the description with your own copy (the MLS version is kept as a fallback)
- Pin featured photos to the front of the gallery
- Add private notes visible only to logged-in team members
- Suppress listings from your site entirely (with MLS compliance rules enforced)
Photo handling
Every photo is mirrored from the MLS to our R2 storage on ingest. Your site serves the mirrored version, which means links never expire and images render at edge latency in AVIF/WebP.
