Brokerage-wide reporting
The rollup dashboards available on Brokerage plans — and what we measure, honestly.
Brokerage plans get a brokerage-wide dashboard that rolls up every agent's performance into one view. We intentionally keep the metrics honest — vanity numbers are excluded by default.
What's on the dashboard
- Leads by agent, by source, by month
- Response time distribution (P50, P90, P99) — per agent and brokerage-wide
- Pipeline velocity by stage — how long leads sit before moving
- Closed deals attributed to the channel that originated them
- Churn — agents who've stopped responding to inbound leads in > 7 days
What's excluded by default
Volume-without-context metrics — 'total outbound calls' type things. If you want them, they're available under Settings → Reports → Optional metrics, but we don't show them on the default dashboard because they reliably lead teams to do the wrong thing.
