How to pick a subdomain

Your BrokerFold subdomain is the URL your agent site is reachable at — e.g. yourname.brokerfold.com. You can move to a custom domain later; the subdomain keeps working as a permanent redirect.

What's allowed

• 3–40 characters
• Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
• Cannot start or end with a hyphen

What's reserved

Names used by BrokerFold infrastructure (like www, app, admin, api, dashboard, help, billing, and mail) and the template demo sites (maison, northgate, porchlight, nocturne, and the rest of the gallery) are reserved and cannot be claimed. The signup form checks availability as you type and suggests alternatives when a name is taken or reserved.

Choosing well

The best subdomain is your actual name (janesmith.brokerfold.com) or your brand (pandaerealty.brokerfold.com). Avoid abbreviations that don't match how clients know you — your site is more findable when the URL reads like a business card.
