BrokerFold vs. Web4Realty

The honest comparison.

Web4Realty is a Canadian-first competitor — they've served Canadian agents for years and know the boards. That makes this the most direct comparison we have. BrokerFold is a newer, product-led take on the same problem: same buyer, different opinion on what good software feels like.

This is a working document, written without help from Web4Realty's marketing team. If you see something inaccurate, email support@brokerfold.com and we'll fix it.

Choose BrokerFold if…

  • Design matters to you.

Four distinct, named templates each with a different personality — not variations on the same theme. Editorial typography, real rhythm, taste you can point at.

  • You want deep, product-native AI.

AI lead response via text and voice, listing copy, market reports — built through the product, not a chatbot on the side. Not a future-roadmap item; shipping now.

  • You want one workspace, not three integrated tools.

Website, CRM, calling, texting, email, AI — all the same product. One support team, one outage window, one login. Integrations are where quality goes to die.

  • You value transparency.

Public roadmap, public changelog, honest compare pages (like this one), direct-to-founder Slack for early customers. You'll know exactly what's changing and why.

Choose Web4Realty if…

  • You want a large install base and years of reviews.

Web4Realty has 600+ Google reviews averaging 4.8. BrokerFold is new — we'll earn that record, but we don't have it yet.

  • You want a vendor with broad IDX board coverage already live.

Their IDX coverage map is broader than ours today. We're catching up fast on the boards our customers ask for, but Web4Realty's been at this longer.

  • You're cost-sensitive at the very low end.

If the entry-level Starter tier at $59 CAD is above your budget, Web4Realty may have options we don't.

Genuine respect: Web4Realty has been shipping IDX and CRM for Canadian agents since long before we existed, and their customer base reflects that credibility. If you want a proven, established Canadian vendor with a large install base and a high volume of customer reviews, Web4Realty is a real and reasonable choice. We built BrokerFold because we had opinions about design, AI, and integration depth that a new product was the right place to express.

Pricing

Apples to apples.

Both vendors bundle website + CRM on their main plans. BrokerFold is priced more aggressively at every tier — and includes AI on Professional and above as part of the base price, where most competitors sell AI as a separate add-on. The real delta isn't the $40/mo difference, it's what's included: native AI, on-brand templates, deep product integration. Not a zero-risk choice, but a transparent one.

Pricing confirmed against Web4Realty's public pricing page as of April 24, 2026. Numbers may change.
