Luxury Presence and AgentFire compete for the same conviction: that an agent’s website should be a brand asset worth paying real money for. They monetize that conviction in opposite ways — Luxury Presence as a quote-priced managed platform courting the luxury tier, AgentFire as a productized website stack with its prices on the page. Neither is our product; this is a neutral read of both vendors’ public materials as of August 2026, with the Canadian caveat both sides share saved for the end.
What Luxury Presence does well
Prestige at scale, wrapped in managed services. Their site claims 20,000+ real estate businesses, roughly 40% of the RealTrends top-100, a 4.8/5 rating across 2,500+ reviews, and featured clients drawn from the most famous names in US luxury — and the product has grown from websites into a full growth platform: SEO, social and paid ads management, an AI CRM with lead nurturing, listing alerts and homeowner reports, CMA and presentation builders, and branded mobile apps. The shape of the offer is “one premium vendor runs it”: you buy outcomes and account management, not tooling. Pricing follows the shape — not published, quoted through a demo or call.
What AgentFire does well
The same design ambition, sold as a product instead of an engagement. The pricing ladder is public: design setup from $800 (pre-built themes) through $2,750 (custom homepage) to $6,500 (bespoke), then $165 or $215 USD monthly, with per-agent team pages and an à-la-carte add-on catalogue — Google Business Profile management, click-maps, valuation widgets — priced individually. The hyperlocal toolkit (area guides, automated market reports, landing pages) is the differentiator, their #DRIP tool handles AI-assisted marketing content, and their site claims a 5.0 average across 3,000+ reviews. No long-term contracts, per their pricing page. You operate more of it yourself, and you know what everything costs.
How to choose between them
Decide whether you are buying a service or a system. Luxury Presence’s best customer has a real marketing budget, wins business on presentation, and wants an account team accountable for the whole funnel — the quote-priced model is the product, not a defect. AgentFire’s best customer wants a distinctive site and local-content engine at a knowable monthly cost, keeps their existing CRM, and is happy assembling add-ons. If you cannot get a Luxury Presence quote in writing for your exact scope, that asymmetry itself is information.

Where BrokerFold fits
We disagree with both vendors about what makes a real estate website valuable. Design matters — our templates take it seriously — but the compounding asset is the data underneath: full board search on a production TRREB feed, VOW sold-price search behind a compliant registration gate, and a built-in CRM watching real listing behaviour, priced in public CAD from $89 to $999 monthly with no setup fee. For a Canadian agent, that stack answers the question both US vendors leave open — the checklist is on do US platforms work in Canada. Our own head-to-heads with each vendor apply this page’s standard to us: BrokerFold vs Luxury Presence and BrokerFold vs AgentFire, with the wider field mapped at Luxury Presence alternatives.
Frequently asked questions
Which costs more, Luxury Presence or AgentFire?
Only AgentFire will tell you from the page: $165 to $215 USD monthly plus a one-time design package from $800 to $6,500, per their August 2026 pricing. Luxury Presence quotes by demo or call, and its positioning — featured US luxury names, managed marketing services — signals a premium engagement. Get the Luxury Presence quote in writing before treating the two as comparable.
Do these platforms include a CRM?
Differently. Luxury Presence markets an AI CRM with lead nurturing as part of its platform. AgentFire's public materials centre on the website layer — IDX, hyperlocal tools, landing pages — with CRM connections handled through integrations rather than a headline built-in product. If CRM depth is your deciding factor, demo that specific surface at both, not the homepage.
Can a Canadian agent use either?
Neither vendor's public materials address Canadian board coverage, VOW sold-data rules, or CASL email compliance — the reference clients and case studies are American. Canadian agents should get board-by-board answers in writing, or start from a platform where the Canadian data layer is the foundation rather than a special request.
